Removal of the oil pan is not required for replacing the oil pump, however, if your vehicle is older or has high milage you should consider removing the pan to replace the rear main seal and oil pan gasket. I wanted some muscle chop but didn't want to do a high converter. I called and spoke to someone on the phone, they went over all the details and suggested the maximizer cam for my 2022 Shaker Scatpack. They took their time to explain the kit, and even suggested a shop to do the work.

The kit was nicely packaged and had everything needed. Before ordering this kit I spoke to two other companies which were much more and did not want to spend the time with me explaining the differences. I am so glad I went with the Maximizer and not the Mark 82 kit which was much more with fewer parts.

I ended up installing this kit with the help of my friends, and had it dyno tuned. I ended up making 511WHP and 519 FTLBS. I love this cam.
