-Go to 797Performance.com and click "My account" located at the top right.
-Enter your email used under your account or used to make the order.
-Shopify may email or txt you a 6 digit verification code, verify your account.
-Once logged in you will see the order in a rectangle box, at the bottom of that box there are two smaller boxes. One that says buy again, the other say return an item.
- Click "return an item", select the item and fill out a reason why, and click continue to start the return request. If you cannot locate this box the return window has closed, or is not eligible for return.
- Go through the self service return process and it will generate a return request to 797 Performance.
The system will generate a return ticket for us to review for approval. If the item is eligible to be returned 797 Performance will open and RMA. Return instructions such as where to send the return, and sometimes an vendor RMA will be sent. After you ship the item(s) back for return it can take a few days for those items to be checked in at the warehouse. Some warehouses have longer processing times than others. Once the return is processed the warehouse will advise us if the parts have been accepted back and are in salable condition or not. If the return has been accepted as salable, we will process the refund less any shipping cost and/or restocking fees. It is important that parts are clean, and not used or they will not be accepted by the warehouse. Parts not accepted will be offered to be sent back for a fee or disposed of. Only new items can be returned.
