REPLACEMENT ROTORS
So, do you need rotors for your 6-piston Brembo equipped Mopar car? This is pretty easy for 2015-2019 Models since they all utilize a 390mm rotor with a 10-bolt hat from the factory. However, in 2020 they made an update and introduced a 400mm rotor with a 12-bolt hat. During 2020 and 2021 cars were shipped with both, and the rotors are not compatible with each other. So if you order the wrong ones you will not be able to install them.
Question -How do I tell what rotor I have?
Answer - Count the bolts securing the outer rotor ring to the top hat. If there are 10 bolts you have the 390mm rotors. If there are 12 you have the 400mm rotors. If you have a one-piece rotor with no bolts and a 6-piston caliper then you have an aftermarket budget rotor. These rotors are poor quality and warp easily, however at this time they only ever made those in a 390mm design so you will need to order a 390mm rotor.

Two-piece rotors are rebuildable. Companies like Paragon and DBA make replacement outer disc that allow you to reuse the center. Paragon includes new bobbins, bolts, nuts and spring washers, where DBA only provides new nuts. Other companies make full replacement two piece rotors, but usually will use a proprietary center which cant be rebuilt. However, Paragon is the exception, and they make a two-piece rotor with a factory design center.

390MM TO 400MM RE-DESIGN
When the new 400mm rotor was introduced, the change was made by increasing the rotor size and spacing the rotor further away at the knuckle. Although the calipers have different stickers, they are the same caliper. They also utilize the same pads between the 390mm and 400mm 6 piston cars. If you try to install a 400mm rotor onto a SRT knuckle designed for a 390mm rotor it will not fit. Vice-Versa if you install a 390mm rotor onto a car with knuckles designed for a 400mm rotor the pads may overhang the rotor.
UPGRADING 4 PISTON BREMBO CALIPERS TO 6 PISTON BREMBO CALIPERS
You can upgrade from a 4 piston to 6 piston calipers easily. All you need is 6 piston Brembo calipers from a Charger or Challenger, pads and rotors. However, you have to use the 390mm design rotors as the 4 piston cars use the same knuckles the 390mm 6 piston cars did. You cannot use the 400mm 12 bolts rotors.
