The IC Chiller RAM TRX Intercooler Chiller is a purpose-built supercharger intercooler chilling system designed specifically for the RAM 1500 TRX. Unlike traditional intercooler chillers that sacrifice cabin AC for race cooling, the IC Chiller system lets you run both simultaneously — so you stay comfortable on the street and stay fast on the strip.
When activated via rocker switch, refrigerant from the factory AC system is diverted to the IC Chiller unit, where it further cools the supercharger charge air coolant before it passes through the coolant bricks in the supercharger housing. The result: denser, oxygen-rich air entering the engine and more power at the wheels.
Two Modes of Operation
- Chiller + Cabin Mode — Run the intercooler chiller and cabin AC at the same time for street driving and spirited pulls
- Drag / Race Mode — Full refrigerant capacity dedicated to the chiller for maximum charge air cooling at the track
Build Your System
- 3-Way Coolant Bypass Valve — Bypasses the OEM heat exchanger during race mode for optimal chilling performance. Requires basic plumbing knowledge; hose, clamps, and fittings needed to complete install
- Factory Aux Switches Integration — Ties into the TRX's factory auxiliary switch bank for a clean, OEM-style activation experience
- TRX Aux Tank — Adds a dedicated auxiliary coolant reservoir for expanded system capacity and improved thermal management
