ProCharger has two complete intercooled systems for the 6.1L HEMI Chargers-a shared-drive, HO Intercooled System and dedicated-drive, Stage II Intercooled System. Both the HO and Stage II Systems allow SRT-8 Charger owners to experience the spine-straightening acceleration of a ProCharger-equipped 6.1L HEMI Charger. Both ProCharger Systems utilize the proven and patented P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto Dodge Chargers 2006-2010. ProCharger systems for both the 5.7L and 6.1L HEMI utilize Diablosport® flash tuning systems to apply the ProCharger-developed tune for both applications.

When it comes to reliable, proven and powerful forced-air induction systems for modern EFI HEMI engines, ProCharger is literally years ahead of others. With designs that are far superior to other systems, ProCharger systems feature a 3-year warranty standard on the intercooler and is also available on the supercharger. ProCharger supercharger systems feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the engine oil pan, and avoid having to deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler configuration.

Building on our late-model, EFI HEMI supercharging leadership, and combining it with our 100+ international racing championships, ProCharger now has taken the next step: the Reverse Cog Race Kit for late-model, modern 5.7L and 6.1L HEMI engines. Designed specifically for custom, ultra-high horsepower racing applications, the new Reverse Cog Race Kit features a low-mount ProCharger F-1A, F-1C or F-1R supercharger and proven 50 mm cog drive and tensioner design. The Reverse Cog Race Kit can be used in both intercooled and non-intercooled applications.

These record-setting, self-contained ProCharger models feature a patented, high-speed compound bearing design and provide operating speeds unmatched by any other supercharger on the market. ProCharger F-Series superchargers are the ultimate for today's ultra-high horsepower street, strip and extreme racing applications.

RACE KIT version is NOT designed for stock engines or stock vehicles and will require custom intercooler tubing, front fascia modification, fuel system upgrades and custom tuning.

STREET KIT

ProCharger HO Intercooled Tuner Kit offers reliability, quality and power far superior to other forced-air induction systems, a ProCharger Tuner Kit is an excellent way to add even more power to modified and custom applications of the legendary 6.1L HEMI Charger. Tuner Kits require the purchase of a fuel system upgrade (injectors and fuel pump booster) and custom tuning.

And with reliability, quality and power far superior to other forced-air induction systems, ProCharger Systems and Tuner Kit are excellent ways to add even more power to these modern HEMI powerhouses. ProCharger supercharger systems for the EFI HEMI engines feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the engine oil pan, and avoid having to deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler.

Street Kit meets California emissions regulations and is available for street use.
Stage 2 Kit is NOT legal for street use in the state of California are intended and designed for racing or off-road/on-track applications only.

HEAD UNITS

The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than our industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.

These new designs are built on the same proven technology that propels the P-1SC-1 and D-1SC models to near 4-digit power numbers and slightly beyond, and feature the same step-up ratio. The compressor side of the supercharger (the volute and impeller) was redesigned with greater efficiency and less parasitic engine load in mind. This means less heat and less power needed to turn spin the impeller-and that adds up to more horsepower.

Both the P-1X and D-1X superchargers fit into the same brackets as P-1SC-1 systems and will be an optional upgrade for those who want increased performance on otherwise stock, modern V8 engines-to the tune of 10-15 more flywheel horsepower at the same pulley size (with stock motors running standard boost levels)!
