For your money, the best aftermarket investment you can make! Hellwig Sway Bars are an extremely effective handling upgrade you can make to your vehicle. Hellwig sway bars offer quick bolt on installation that are engineered to perform. An immediate improvement will be felt when you drive through the first corner with a Hellwig sway bar installed. Though most vehicles come equipped with factory installed sway bars, they are often insufficient for today's load and tow demands. Hellwig sway bars feature larger than stock diameters and precision engineered components to optimize handling and reduce body roll.
The Hellwig bar is one of the best upgrades you could do for your 2025 Ram RHO. First, a surprise when I went to install the bar, the RHO does not come with a rear bar from the factory. However the kit comes with all the parts needed to install the bar from the start. The bar was easy to install as long as you have basic tools and some skill at mechanics.The truck felt much better on the road, with the back end feeling firmer, and more tied together. I liked the handling much better with the bar installed. If your going to really do some hard off road driving, the bar will probably cut down the rear end articulation a bit, but this is only a wild guess at this time. This is worth the money and I think it should have been a stock part from the factory, or even better, Ram should do it like a Jeep and make a push of a button and disconnect the bar when the need arises.
This is the second Hellwig sway bar I have purchased. The reason I bought each one was to remove the bouncy/floating feeling when driving each truck. The first purchase involved replacing the original sway bar. That was an easy swap. The second installation required adding the bar as a new addition since the truck didn't have one. The instructions were spot on, making the install process easy. The difference in driving is very noticeable and the truck feels more grounded when cornering or going over bumps. I am happy with my purchase.
