The IC Chiller Hellcat Challenger / Charger PnP Supercharger Intercooler Chiller is engineered specifically for the 6.2L supercharged Hellcat platform — and unlike generic chiller kits, it installs without cutting or splicing into your OEM AC system. Every pre-assembled line, hose, fitting, and AC clamp is included in the kit for a clean, professional install.
By tapping into the factory refrigerant circuit, the IC Chiller further cools the supercharger charge air coolant before it passes through the coolant bricks in the supercharger housing. The result is denser, oxygen-rich air entering the engine — and more power when you need it most.
Two Modes of Operation
- Street / Chiller + Cabin Mode — Run the intercooler chiller and cabin AC simultaneously. Lower IATs on the street without sacrificing comfort
- Drag / Race Mode — Activate via rocker switch to divert full refrigerant capacity to the chiller unit for maximum charge air cooling at the track

Build Your System
- 3-Way Coolant Bypass Valve — Bypasses the OEM heat exchanger during race mode for optimal chilling performance. Requires basic plumbing knowledge; hose, clamps, and fittings needed to complete the coolant side install
- Aux Tank — Adds a dedicated auxiliary coolant reservoir for expanded system capacity and improved thermal management
- Aux Tank + Bumper Support — Includes the aux tank plus a structural bumper support bracket for a fully integrated, track-ready setup
