Mickey Thompson ET Street SS and ET Street R drag radials are drag tires that meet DOT for road use minimally. Their primary function is to hook and launch a vehicle while staying in a street bracket or class or they can be used to go to and from the track.
They are not be used as a driving tire. They stick so well that they can spin on non-beadlocked wheels. They are not intended to be balanced. If balanced It is likely they will fall out of balance when they spin on the wheel or wear out of balance when heating up to launch (burnout). Vibrations are to be expected as they are to be raced on not used for Sunday driving.
