The Trinity Series intake manifold is BTR's latest offering in high-quality cast aluminum intake manifolds. Designed, cast, and machined in the USA, it’s one of the few All-American aluminum intakes on the market! Trinity features an extra-rigid design for BIG boost, CNC profiled runner entries & exits, and more!

The Trinity uses O-ring sealing between the runners and plenum & cylinder heads for a mess-free, leak-free seal with maximum serviceability, with a downward-tilted 102mm plenum opening for maximum airflow on all HEMI throttle bodies.  Over the years, we’ve been developing, tuning, and revising plenum and runner combinations for peak performance. Hemi intakes are offered in mid-length (Average 6.5-inch runner – Ideal for 4500-7400 RPM N/A) and long runner length (Average 8-inch runner – Ideal for 3000-6000 RPM N/A) versions are available for folks looking for different power bands. We cover single and DUAL injector options on all HEMI runner designs.

BTR Trinity HEMI features - 

• 5.7/6.4 Hemi versions fit 2009-up 5.7L, 2005-2010 6.1L, and 2011-up 6.4L
• 6.2 Hemi versions fit all three Gen 3 Supercharger engines (707-717hp 6.2 Hellcat, 797-807hp Demon/Redeye/Super Stock, and 1025hp Demon 170/C170 Hellephant)
• Requires customer-sourced head adapters to fit 5.7/6.4 intakes to early pre-Eagle 2003-2008 truck engine intake ports
• Direct fit for Hemi Hellcat 92mm and larger aftermarket throttle body versions
• Includes billet adapter for all factory 80mm Hemi Throttle bodies
• Throttle bodies can be mounted in standard orientation or inverted
• Integrated oil fill with -12 ORB billet fill cap and positive crankcase ventilation (PVC) -12 ORB Port 
• -12AN High-Flow fuel rails with bracketless mounting (FRK-10-12 Single Injector & FRK-11-12 Dual Injector)

Due to batch-coloring issues, a slight color difference from runner to plenum is possible on all natural-finish multi-piece intake manifolds.
