AWE's patented 180 Technology® eliminates cabin drone without sacrificing exhaust note. As exhaust gases flow through the AWE resonator, they pass through strategically located ports into reflection chambers. The timing of the reflected sound waves creates a 180° out-of-phase cancellation of problematic frequencies — killing drone while keeping the aggressive tone at the tips.
