797 Performance 15-Inch Rear Brake Conversion Kit
Upgrade your Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300, or Dodge Magnum for compatible 15-inch rear wheel fitment with the 797 Performance Rear Brake Conversion Kit. This system replaces the large factory rear brake assembly with a compact Wilwood-based setup designed for dedicated race and off-road applications.
This kit is designed exclusively for vehicles originally equipped with four-piston factory rear Brembo calipers.
Kit Includes
- 6061-T6 black-anodized caliper mounting brackets
- ARP caliper mounting bolts
- Grade 10.9 bracket-to-knuckle mounting bolts
- Wilwood radial-mount brake calipers in your selected finish
- Custom brake rotors in standard blank or non-directional slotted configuration
- Wilwood BP-10 brake pads
- Wilwood stainless-steel brake-line kit
Vehicle Requirements
- Compatible Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300, or Dodge Magnum
- Vehicle must have been factory-equipped with four-piston rear Brembo calipers
- AAD Performance rear toe links and compatible end links are required
- Professional installation is strongly recommended
Important Installation Information
Installation requires permanent modification of factory components. Grinding of the factory knuckle is required for most installations. The factory sway-bar end-link mounting boss must also be cut down and smoothed to provide the necessary clearance.
Factory end links cannot be reused. The vehicle must be equipped with AAD Performance rear toe links and suitable end links, or an equivalent compatible mounting arrangement.
Widebody vehicles may still experience sway-bar clearance limitations because of the size of the factory sway bar. Some 15-inch wheels may not clear the end links because of the wheel's drop-center profile. Wheel and suspension clearance must be verified before operating the vehicle.
