How does this fix the clunk?
The stock slip yoke is a mix of aluminum and steel parts. It has a steel yoke shaft going into an aluminum sleeve that wears out prematurely and causes the clunk. This upgraded setup is made of only HD aluminum yoke shaft and sleeve where the splines have a tighter tolerance and do not wear out prematurely. We only use Sonnax and Neapco high quality aluminum parts and performance u-joints.

Our Driveshafts are double the wall thickness of the aluminum stock shaft and are offered in 4" outside diameter. Instructions can be sent over to you on how to swap your flange yokes onto this driveshaft once received.
And most importantly NO MORE CLUNKING FROM ORIGINAL STOCK DRIVESHAFT!!
