I found this kit while looking for new brakes for my wife's Trackhawk. Install went smooth, and here are some notes some might find useful:
Good notes:
•Rotors bolted onto the OEM hats just fine which is something I was concerned about. This kit doesn't include new hats, which you don't need anyway. The rotors come with new locking nuts to be re-used on the original hat-to-rotor bolts
•These rotors have a lower minimum thickness rating when compared to the OEM Brembo rotors. These DBA rotors have a 34mm minimum thickness and the OEM is 36mm. This will give you a longer rotor service life saving you $$
•These pads produce less brake dust than OEM which is great, because the OEM pads are terrible in this regard
•This kit cheaper than OEM while offering better performance at the same time
Bad notes:
•rotors were on back order when I ordered them. It wasn't reflected on the website beforehand and i had to call and ask about them, which is a pet peeve of mine. I was in a time crunch and I only want to order parts that are in stock. Luckily, they shipped out less than a week after, so no harm done!
•The packaging for the rotors was garbage. This is a 400mm × 36mm rotor and it's very heavy. it was placed in a very thin box with barely any packaging (likely due to the cost of the shipping based on its weight alone) and one box showed up open, and the rotor was out of its box and barely made it to me.
