Lower, Meaner, and Coming Soon
We've been putting in the work behind the scenes, and we're excited to give you a first look at something we've been developing for the new 2026 Dodge Charger: prototype lowering springs designed specifically for this platform.
The drop is real, the stance is aggressive, and the results speak for themselves. We got our shop car down on a set of our prototype springs and couldn't be happier with where things are headed.
Why Lowering Springs for the 2026 Charger?
The 2026 Charger is a completely new platform — and that means the aftermarket is starting from scratch. We knew early on that enthusiasts were going to want a proper drop without sacrificing daily drivability. That's exactly what we set out to build.
Our prototype springs are engineered to deliver:
- A meaningful drop — enough to fill the wheel wells and transform the stance
- Improved handling — lower center of gravity for sharper cornering response
- Street-friendly ride quality — progressive spring rates that don't beat you up on the daily commute
- OEM-compatible fitment — designed to work with the factory struts and shocks
Prototype Stage — What That Means
We want to be upfront: these are prototype springs. We're in the testing and validation phase right now, which means we're logging miles, checking fitment, and dialing in the final spring rates before we commit to production.
This is how we do things at 797 Performance — we don't rush product to market. We test it on our own cars first.
Be the First to Know When They Drop
